HYPRE has worked with many leading parties across both sectors including Barratt Redrow, Apache Capital (Present Made), Caddick Group (MODA), Ridgeback Group, Regis Group (Leaf Living / Blackstone), BGO, Gresham House and Moorfield.
HYPRE was founded by Tom Baker in 2021. Prior to this, Tom spent over a decade at Urban&Civic, the UK's largest Master Developer, and led on Build to Rent.
